Prayas Goel is the Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Mumbai. With over 25 years of experience in strategy, innovation, and business process re-engineering, he has been with Rochem Separation Systems (India) since June 1, 1998, and our Company since May 5, 2009.

Prerak Goel is the Executive Director of our Company. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai and a master’s degree in business management from the Asian Institute of Management. He has over 21 years of experience in strategy, finance, fundraising, and international sales. He has been with Rochem since June 1, 2003, and our Company since August 10, 2009.

Dhananjay Mahajan is the President of Desalination, Marine, Oil & Gas, and Institutional Sales at Rochem Separation Systems (India). He holds a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the University of Poona and has over 35 years of experience, including service in the Indian Navy. He joined Rochem on September 1, 1996.

Nishchal Wadekar heads the WHE and Reject Management Systems Division. He holds a postgraduate degree in Environmental Pollution Control Technology from Mumbai University and a DBM from Wellingkar Institute. With 28 years of experience, he joined Rochem on August 16, 2004.

Girish Thorat is the Head of Wastewater Sales at Rochem Separation Systems (India). He is a Shipbuilding Engineer from the Institute of Shipbuilding Technology, Goa and also a Marine Engineer having acquired his certificate of competency from the Marine Safety Agency, U.K. With over 30 years of experience, he joined Rochem on June 7, 2011, after working in the merchant navy and with Pall India Private Limited as well as DHL Lemuir Logistics Private Limited.

Lakshman Pattabhiraman is the Head of Services at Rochem Separation Systems (India). He holds a B.E. in Marine Engineering from DMET Kolkata and various professional certifications. With over 19 years of experience, he has worked with several maritime companies before joining Rochem on May 7, 2018.

Mamta Patil holds a B.Sc. in Chemistry from Mumbai University. She has been with Rochem Separation Systems (India) for over 11 years, serving in various roles including Lab Chemist and Assistant Manager Lab. Currently, she manages the water chemistry lab and water trials, offering valuable input and demonstrating strong management skills for smooth operations.

Nawab Ahmed is the Head of Design & Production at Rochem Separation Systems (India). He holds a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from GUG - Karnataka and has over 22 years of experience. He joined Rochem in July 2002.
